In response to Tonex story
I must start off by saying this has been an all too familiar topic, homosexuality in the music industry. Some of the best choir directors, (we explain it as being a little eccentric when in fact he’s “GAY”) and we over look it because you have the baddest choir around, but this can’t continue. Why? Is a question that I would like answered? Is it possible there is a shortage of women, no! I am quite sure there are several reasons that can be given; from born gay to molestation, another subject not discussed in the church as it should be.
The focus should be on the music and the message. We can’t continue to offer tainted praise to a HOLY GOD and expect “HIM” to accept it or turn “HIS” head. Remember Cain & Abel and the issue of the offerings.
I would like to impress upon you that this is the very thing the pioneers of the church warned us of, (Flesh being in control). The music industry (Christian) has become a breeding place of lust for some. There is an agenda
which is not so hidden anymore (aborting family structure and the institution of marriage) and it appears men in the music industry fall victim or prey and then the next thing you read is this person coming out of the closet. What about the vow you made to the Lord, and not your desires and sexual escapades (Jam 1:4 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed). I will conclude with this. It’s a “MATTER OF THE HEART”.

You made a fair point, but have you thought about how it’d affect different people? I’m not saying you’re wrong, I just desire to indicate that there’s more than one side to this story.
